 Master of Library & Information Studies from Dalhousie, and has complete
 d the CAIB courses.\n\nAs a Product Manager for the Workflows product at
  Quickfacts, Rebecca is passionate about improving the workplace and imp
 lementing positive changes for employees. To do this effectively for cus
 tomers, Rebecca has also completed her certification in Agile Workplace
