  I O G R A P H Y --\n\nAmy is a partner with Cox & Palmerâ€™s Halifax of
 fice and practices in the areas of litigation, insurance defence law and
  professional regulation. She earned her law degree at the University of
  New Brunswick after completing a degree in political science at St. Fra
 ncis Xavier University.\n\nAmy is a frequent lecturer on civil litigatio
 n and insurance defence issues and also contributes to a series of Case 
 Law Updates for the insurance industry. She is Chair of the National Ins
 urance Law Sub-Section for the Canadian Bar Association.\n\nAmy is also 
 currently the chair of the Articling and Recruitment Committee for Cox &
  Palmerâ€™s Halifax office, looking for great students to join the firm 
 and guiding them successfully through the articling process.\n\n-- E X P

 riety of issues.\n\nExtensive experience in automobile claims, including
